• Lead the team to deliver advanced Life Science Instrumentation/System for various OEM Customers
• Manage both Program Managers and Functional Managers on R&D resources planning in supporting various R&D programs. Drive Product Development rigors and seek opportunity to improve in-house product development processes with OEM Customer requirement in mind
