Summary
You will be responsible for compliance with workplace safety and health for all Singapore group companies. You will be measured on achievement of all aspects of safety at work for our Team and in our premises.
Responsibilities
- Completing Workplace Safety and Health related documents including Risk Assessments (RA), Method of Statements (MOD), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Fall Prevention Plans (FPP), Checklists and Permits to work etc.
- Develop, execute and ensure compliance for group safety policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintaining all ISO, OHSAS, BizSafe licences and approvals required for business operations / projects
- Conducting inspections on equipment and work activities at site
- Carrying out risk assessments for all projects and maintain high level of safety and housekeeping at site
- Conducting user safety training and induction for our products and services
- Responsible in charge for safety at workers dormitories (excluding facilities management)
- Responsible in charge for site coordination for safety and operational matters
- Carrying out safety orientation and conducting daily tool box meetings
Requirements
- At least WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
- BCSS Course
- Able to travel around using own transport preferred
