Position: Program Manager (Box Build)
Location: Singapore
Company: Our client is an established EMS public listed company with HQ based in Singapore
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional team to deliver product from NPI to mass production
- Lead project team in meetings, conference call, etc. with customer
- Interact and highlight program risk to customer – Scope, Schedule and Cost
- Plan and pro-activity monitor program schedules to meet the project deliverables
- Manage customer relationship to ensure that customer needs and requirements are met
- Organize internal meetings, discussions etc. to address issues which will affect program deliverables.
- Manage project budgets in terms of NPI material expenses and recovery of non-recurrent engineering expenses
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in project/program management in electronics
- Familiar with MS Project 2013
- Experienced with manage project at Box Build level (PCBA, Mechanical assembly)
- Proven leader to deliver challenging Project/ Program which leads to customer’s commendation
- Fluent in English for both written and oral
