Position: SMT Engineering Manager
Location: Batam, Indonesia

Responsibilities:
- To manage the SMT/process and Equipment team to support production build
- To provide the guidance to the SMT process team on problem solving and solution
- Interact with customer for DFM and NPI issue that related to SMT and process
- Lead engineering team in meetings, conferences, etc with customer
- Interact and highlight program risk to customer on critical technical issues
- Manage customer relationship to ensure that customer needs and requirements are met
- Organize internal meetings, discussions etc to address any technical issues which will affect program schedules
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years hand on experience as Manager in PCBA EMS environment especially in SMT / process / equipment /facility area. More than 7 years of similar engineering manager experience can be considered for senior position.
- With high exposure in dealing with Customer
- Good in writing technical reports and presentation
- Experience in TS16959/ISO 13485 / PCBA quality standard
- Lean / Six sigma certify
- Willing to relocate to be based in Batam and work late
- With strong personality and fluent in English both oral and written
