Position : Human Resource Manager (Global HQ)
Location : Singapore
Company : Our Client is an established electrical/electronic manufacturing company with 13,000 head count globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Lead HR projects in compensation and benefit initiatives
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, succession planning and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance
Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR manager, especially in compensation and benefits
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skill to design and analyze reports
- High level of initiatives to lead projects
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Experience in data consolidation using Excel
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Traveling required (10-20%)
