Position: Mechanical Engineering Manager
Location: Singapore
Company: Our client is a MNC in the Electronic Manufacturing Services Industry
Responsibilities:
- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency materials supply
- Plan and administers procedures and budgets
- Makes budgetary recommendations regarding controls, capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor
- Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas
- To provide industrial engineering support which include floor layout, time-study and product RFQ
- Select, develops and evaluates new equipment/process to meet industry requirement and ensure the efficient operation of the function
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Good problem solving skills or lean six sigma trained and certified
- Knowledge in PCBA manufacturing industry is preferred
- Knowledge of box build equipment operations and its related operations issues and solution preferred
- Possess strong leadership and motivational skills
