Position : Senior/Manager, Business Development
Location : Singapore
Company : A leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities, build sales pipeline and win new customers. Targeting major OEMs in Industrial, Telematics, Specialty Equipment and Smart Home industries. Selected Medical or Automotive customers may be considered.
- Understand customer needs, prepare and present proposal on total manufacturing solutions covering design, supply chain, quality, pricing and contract.
- Generate new qualified leads on monthly basis, targeting OEM customers that has EMS outsource.
- Negotiate contract agreements such as non-disclosure agreement, manufacturing service agreement and development agreement.
- Develop market intelligence and advise the management on strategies to grow business.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or any related field
- At least 5 years of sales experience in hunting role for EMS company.
- Good track record in winning new customers and generating leads
- Extensive network of potential OEM customers in targeted Industrial, Telematics, Specialty Equipment and Smart Home industries.
- Professional, Committed, high Integrity and motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
