Position : Head of Division (Business Development, Sales & Operations)

Overall Purpose
- Drive business development strategies, lead and manage sales
- Develop new businesses and expand current customer accounts
- Manage Operations to increase sustained profitability
- Foster good relationships and provide total satisfaction to existing and potential customers
Job Description
- Develop new businesses through market penetration and expansion of existing customer accounts
- Conduct feasibility study on new business opportunities, identify leads and market potential to expand customer base
- Conduct and provide up-to-date market trend, survey, competitive analysis, business opportunity and threat in the industries and provide recommendations for follow-up action whenever required
- Conduct sales and marketing activities, establish networking and build strong customer relationship with existing and potential customers through excellent customer service
- Achievement of sales target, keeping with customer debt ratio, conversion rate
- Report Sales, conversion and customer on agreed scheduled basis
- Responsible for contract review, liability claim, price negotiations and all commercial discussions with customers
- Delivering on Division targets for profits, revenue, cash and safety
- Any other assignments deemed fit by Management
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Environmental or the equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Industrial/Construction Equipment, Green Technology
- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve with a customer-first mindset
- A strong understanding of how a business operates with proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management, leadership, both written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accountability
