Summary
You will be responsible for achieving Sales Target and driving business growth through sales. You will be measured on achievement of sales target, keeping with customer debt ratio, conversion rate and your personal performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base
- Maintain customer accounts and build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Work closely with Operations Team to ensure smooth customer experience
- Monitor and ensure prompt payments from customers
- Report sales, conversion and customer on agreed scheduled basis
- Feedback on market trend and competitor activities and provide recommendations for follow-up action whenever required
Requirements
- Great people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
- Good team player who possess drive and initiative and can work independently
- Experience in industrial equipment sales is required
- Must travel to construction sites
- Able to travel around using own transport preferred
