Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Kunshan, Jiangsu, CHINA

Responsibilities
- Lead the business unit to achieve company strategic goals and objectives and customer requirements
- Lead a team to manage the commercial arrangement of the existing projects including shipment order and commercial term management
- Lead the business unit to achieve the financial targets and KPI
- Increase the sales revenue or generate new revenue stream by identifying new project opportunities and RFQ response including bid preparations and plans
- Plan, organize and manage customer relations resulting in unparalleled level of customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationship and network with new customers and create deeper engagement with existing customers
- Build and lead the team in participating internal process and long-term sustainable customer service excellence
- Participate and contribute to planning and meeting both long term and near term business plan goals at both a strategic and tactical level
- Analyze targeted market segments for opportunities and work with functional teams on strategic projects to win new business
- Lead and participate in periodic customer business review to understand the customers’ requirements and expectations
- Full awareness of the key markets, market competition and commercial trends affecting the business and share in the industry
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with managerial experience in EMS industry
- Experience in sales and sales management
- Independent, cultural sensitivity, adaptability and possess strong leadership skill
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Require frequent travelling
