- Working with the executive team to develop and implement the full spectrum of Marketing, Branding and Communications programs, including digital, advertising, and creative
- Building and increasing Brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms
- Planning and managing annual marketing budget, making sure the budget spent is delivering a return on investment
- To develop, execute and manage the company’s strategy and value proposition for channel development activities in China
- Familiarity with China economic master development plan and strong sense about China economic development road map
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Engineering or Commercial Disciplines, preferably with MBA degree
- Lead and drive Program Management team and Functional Group Expertise teams to achieve overall objectives and targets set by General Manager and the Management
- Lead, motivate and grow the capability of employees assigned by Functional Group Expertise. The objective is to develop a powerful “A” team to serve the assigned customers with the aspiration to build a center of excellence for certain strategic and key customers and technology
- Demonstrate exemplary role-modeling examples by walking-around-shop-floor on regular basis and work closely with the assigned Production team and other Functional Expertise to ensure TQRDCE KPIs are monitored and achieved
