- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Experienced in Group HR Insurance or have been in the Group Insurance Industry and/or
- Experienced in HR Benefits consultancy to MNCs and/or
- Experienced in the Management and Administration of HR Benefits with MNC organisation(s)
- Oversee and manage the company’s corporate branding / marketing direction
- Overall responsible for the operation and day-to-day activities of Creative Studio department
- Direct group of designers, CAD and 3D visualisers in ensuring design directions and clients’ needs are met
- Produce CAD drawings for construction, documentation and detailing
- Support Designer in feasibility studies of design details
- Liaise with Designers concerning interior design layouts and drawing standards/details
- Ensure that the Commercial team runs productively and efficiently
- Review tender documentation / brief issued by client and derive a thorough understanding of clients’ requirements and prepare necessary tender reply submissions
- Attend site visits and gain thorough understanding of local conditions
- Possess creativity and imagination
- Knowledgeable of relevant interior design codes and standards / dimensions
- Knowledgeable of technical building issues related to ID
