Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Director of Revenue to oversee revenue management strategies and maximize revenue potential across multiple properties within their esteemed Hospitality Group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of revenue management principles, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the hospitality sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies for the cluster of properties to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams and other internal stakeholders to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives and market positioning.
  • Utilize revenue management systems and tools / AI to monitor performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead pricing and inventory management initiatives to ensure effective utilization of available resources and maximize revenue potential.
  • Provide guidance and support to property-level revenue management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property general managers, corporate leadership, and external partners, to drive revenue initiatives and achieve business goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, revenue trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue management to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Uphold the company’s standards of excellence in guest service, operational efficiency, and financial performance, demonstrating a commitment to quality and integrity in all aspects of the role.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role overseeing multiple properties.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, techniques, and systems, with proficiency in revenue management software or AI tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights to drive revenue optimization.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful revenue management strategies and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing short-term objectives with long-term goals and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasting models.
  • Professional certification in revenue management (e.g., CRME, CHRM, etc.) preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel between properties within the cluster and work non-traditional hours as needed.
