- Lead the Division quality function with overall responsibility to implement, manage and review the entire quality system (policies, processes, training and audits) to all sites (or other sites assigned from time to time) to ensure consistent quality mindset & practices are applied
- Build strong working relationship with site management teams as well as externally with customers and regulatory agencies
- Develop, establish and maintain quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures, controls and training to ensure that performance and quality of products conform to established standards, agency guidelines and customer requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales to hospital
- Experience in nursing (operating theater)
- Experience Full Spectrum HR generalist, single contributor and able to work independently
- Experience in SAP HR system as a user, and in the administration of payroll
- Able to work under pressure and multitask
