It has has a global footprint in 9 countries with 20 manufacturing plants and has exciting expansion plans in the different regions, therefore we are looking for strong and dynamic leaders in the industry to join our client’s organisation.
Overall Purpose
- Drive business development strategies and plans for the Healthcare sector and others
- Develop new businesses and expand current customer accounts
- Provide technical support to production and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Foster good relationships and provide total satisfaction to existing and potential customers in terms of program development and management
Job Description
- Develop new businesses through market penetration and expansion of existing customer accounts
- Conduct feasibility study on new business opportunities
- Conduct and provide up-to-date market survey, competitive analysis, supply chain information, business opportunity and threat in healthcare industries
- Conduct sales and marketing activities, establish networking and build relationship with existing and potential customers
- Attend to RFQ (inquiry) and prepare quotation to submit to customer
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on specific requirements and changes
- Responsible for contract review, liability claim, price negotiations and all commercial discussions with customers
- Responsible for overall program management and overall costing analysis
- Any other assignments deemed fit by Management
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering – an MBA will be an added advantage
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in precision plastic industry
- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve with a customer-first mindset
