Job description:
- Responsible for Singapore overall injecting molding and assembly operations to fulfil the design-to-fulfilment value-chain targeted for the medical and life science industry
- Ensure business plans and financial targets are met by daily decisions, along with operations transformation objectives and KPI’s, are met across all departments
- Sustain continual improvement plans for zero-defect quality system toward customer satisfaction, and insure compliance to FDA, ISO and safety regulations
- Lead department heads to develop and retain high performance employee teams to collaborate and align both business goals and customer demands
Requirements:
- 20-years’ experience in the precision and manufacturing industry, with 10 years management of global supply-chains in the medical and life science industry
- Competency and strong track record for results orientation, strategic execution, market knowledge, personal leadership and people development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Medical Sciences, with strong aptitude in advanced manufacturing, process engineering and information technologies
