- The incumbent shall head the corporate legal department and is responsible for the legal affairs of the Group of Companies. This role includes providing legal counsel to the board of directors, chairman of the board, chief executive officer and other senior management
- The incumbent will ensure that the Group operates within the law at all times and ensure legal compliance and limit risk exposure for the Company. He / She will work to maintain a good standing with all our regulators, customers, and business partners
- Provide site leadership to create a high-performance culture
- Ensure the site deliver strong TQRDCE (Technology, Quality, Response, Delivery, Cost, Environment) performance and top-rate customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the intricacy of the entire end-to-end process from business development through design services, engineering, quality, manufacturing, etc. to delivery to customers’ satisfaction
