Business Unit & Operations Director (EMS Industry)
China, Shanghai - Lead and supervise the various functions of BUSINESS UNIT (Program, Fulfilment, Planning and Costing) to achieve overall company objectives and department KPIs. The Operations Manager (and the OPERATIONS ORGANIZATION) will also report into this position
- Responsible for meeting sales target and profit margin
- Review quote proposal with management and work closely with customer to win new RFQs
