- Lead the business unit to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the organization and customer requirements
- Increase the sales revenue or generate new revenue stream by identifying new project opportunities
- Establish strong relationship and network with new customers and create deeper engagement with our existing customers
- Develop, implement HR strategies, initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, HR related issues and oversee performance management processes
- Developing HR policies & procedures which are locally compliant and culturally appropriate
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or minimum 5 years prior people management and supervisory experience
