Position : Senior Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits

Job Summary:
- Act as the subject matter expert in all Compensation & Benefits areas, including global mobility & executive compensation
- Drive C&B program implementation, change management and provides consultancy to HR and Line Managers globally
- Act as guardian of policies and core principles in managing compensation & benefits systems and processes
Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends and provide C&B leadership to Management and HR colleagues on evaluating and enhancing existing C&B programs to meet the changing business needs and retaining key talents
- Devise and update salary levels, incentives structures and benefits packages in coordination with HR colleagues across businesses
- Lead and drive C&B projects, programs and annual review cycles implementation across businesses in coordination with Business Division HR business partners and Site HR leaders
- Ensure C&B governance; Promotes sound practices and decision making
- Coach HR colleagues in the area of C&B knowledge, where required
Education and Experience:
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Compensation & Benefits, Economics, Business or equivalent
- A strong C&B professional with at least 10 years HR track record from an MNC and manufacturing environment. Out of which, at least 5 years of C&B solid experience at corporate or regional level
Job Related Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects through to completion and ability to handle multiple priorities and support multiple people/programs simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Proven effective team player with ability to build and maintain relationship with all stakeholders to achieve results. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient and experienced in driving significant change management efforts
- Analytical, flexible, self & result-driven and proactive. Can work both in the detail and at a conceptual level
- Ability to travel domestic and internationally as required to support this role’s regional operations
