Position: Program Manager (Box-build)
Location: Singapore
Company: Our Client is a leader in Electronics Manufacturing Services.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional team to deliver product from NPI to mass production
- Lead project team in meetings, conferences, etc. with customer
- Interact and highlight program risk to customer on critical technical issues
- Plan and pro-actively monitor program schedules according to customer build dates; resolve issues and initiate higher management intervention if required
- Manage customer relationship to ensure that customer needs and requirements are met
- Organize internal meetings, discussions etc. to address issues which will affect program
- schedules
- Manage project budgets in terms of NPI material expenses and recovery of non-recurrent engineering charges
- Ensure product costing is within target defined by Business Development Manager or Business Unit Director
- Assist the Business Unit Director to prepare the Sales Quotation and submit to customer timely
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project/program management in electronics manufacturing
- Fluent in English for both written and oral
- Able to communicate clearly
