Position : Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:
- Developing HR policies & procedures which are locally compliant and culturally appropriate
- Recruitment, talent selection
- Ensuring all pre-employment onboarding tasks are completed for new starters, and ensure legal compliance
- Develop, implement HR strategies, initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, HR related issues and oversee performance management processes
- Able to advice on payroll, oversee a team of Executives and Assistants to handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions
- Educate and implement employees on establishing KPIs through bi-annual target setting activities
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or minimum 5 years prior people management and supervisory experience
- Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Process, Compensation and Wage Structure
- Well versed with local employment laws and regulations
