Position:          Director, Business Development

Company:       Our client is a well-established EMS company

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, strategize and win New Strategic Customers (100% hunting role)
  • Prepare & execute action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Lead functional team during prospecting, RFQ, closing and contract negotiation stages
  • Build and maintain contact with all customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage RFQs, Manufacturing Service Agreements and all commercial aspects during prospecting and NPI stages
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and profile of new customers through NPI stage
  • Formulate plan and strategy to set and achieve KPIs for Business Development team

 

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in hunter role for new business, preferably in EMS industry
  • Familiar with electronics manufacturing industry
  • Good track records in new customer acquisition
  • Good command of English, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel frequently to Europe, US and China
