Position: Business Manager
Location: Singapore
Company: Our Client is a leader in Electronics Manufacturing Services
Responsibilities:
- Lead the business unit to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the organization and customer requirements
- Lead a team of resources managing the commercial arrangement of the existing projects including shipment order and commercial term management
- Increase the sales revenue or generate new revenue stream by identifying new project opportunities and RFQ response including bid preparations and plans Leading the business unit to achieve the financial targets and KPI
- Plan, organize and manage customer relations resulting in unparalleled level of customer satisfaction
- Establish strong relationship and network with new customers and create deeper engagement with our existing customers
- Build and lead the team in participating internal process and long-term sustainable customer service excellence
- Participate and contribute to planning and meeting both long term and near term business plan goals at both a strategic and tactical level
- Analyse targeted market segments for opportunities and work with functional teams on strategic projects to win new business
- Lead and participate in periodic customer business review to understand the customers’ requirements and expectations so as to have a full awareness of the key markets, market competition and commercial trends affecting the business and our share in the industry
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university / Master Degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in a management position in an Electronics Manufacturing Services company, preferably from MNCs
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience directly managing customers’ accounts
- Possess high level of independence, cultural sensitivity, endurance and adaptability and demonstrate excellent leadership to increase the sales growth
- Able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Frequent travelling is required (Both regional & international)
