Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Kunshan, Jiangsu, CHINA

  • Lead the business unit to achieve company strategic goals and objectives and customer requirements
  • Lead a team to manage the commercial arrangement of the existing projects including shipment order and commercial term management
  • Lead the business unit to achieve the financial targets and KPI
  • Increase the sales revenue or generate new revenue stream by identifying new project opportunities and RFQ response including bid preparations and plans
  • Plan, organize and manage customer relations resulting in unparalleled level of customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationship and network with new customers and create deeper engagement with existing customers
  • Build and lead the team in participating internal process and long-term sustainable customer service excellence
  • Participate and contribute to planning and meeting both long term and near term business plan goals at both a strategic and tactical level
  • Analyze targeted market segments for opportunities and work with functional teams on strategic projects to win new business
  • Lead and participate in periodic customer business review to understand the customers’ requirements and expectations
  • Full awareness of the key markets, market competition and commercial trends affecting the business and share in the industry



  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with managerial experience in EMS industry
  • Experience in sales and sales management
  • Independent, cultural sensitivity, adaptability and possess strong leadership skill
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Require frequent travelling
