Boone Wong is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of SearchLab International, leading the firm’s business development, corporate consultancy, and client advisory engagements. With a relationship-driven leadership style, Boone partners closely with senior executives and HR leaders to build long-term collaborations grounded in trust, value creation, and measurable business outcomes.

With more than 20 years of experience across workforce solutions, talent advisory, and managed services, Boone has established a strong track record in delivering strategic HR and manpower initiatives for organisations across Singapore and the region.

Before founding SearchLab, Boone served as Head of National Sales at two renowned global recruitment firms—Kelly Services and Manpower Services. In these leadership roles, he spearheaded nationwide business growth, enterprise client acquisition, large-scale RFP management, and C-suite talent advisory services. His expertise includes developing workforce strategies, designing competitive pricing frameworks, and collaborating with Asia Pacific sales leaders on regional hiring and outsourcing initiatives.

Prior to his recruitment career, Boone was General Manager at Integrated Health Plans (IHP), where he played a key role in transforming the organisation into one of Singapore’s leading managed care providers. He oversaw a nationwide network of more than 500 medical clinics and was frequently engaged as a guest consultant by the Ministry of Health on matters relating to public–private healthcare collaboration.

Boone also brings strong technical and operational expertise. During his tenure at IHP, he partnered with CrimsonLogic to design and implement a large-scale enterprise healthcare system. Acting as project manager, he defined business rules, mapped operational workflows, and guided system architecture development—often proposing innovative solutions when technical teams believed certain functions were not feasible. This blend of business and systems thinking now forms the foundation of SearchLab’s digital automation tools, workflow platforms, and data-driven operational frameworks.

Outside of work, Boone is a firm believer in balance, vitality, and personal well-being. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he enjoys football, running, inline speed skating, and open-water swimming, which he finds both restorative and mentally grounding. He once captained Singapore’s national youth football team and continues to enjoy the game today. Above all, Boone values quality time with his family, which he regards as the cornerstone of both his personal life and leadership philosophy.
