Boone is the Executive Director of Searchlab International. He leads the firm in business development, corporate and senior executive consultancy and works closely with key client organizations. With 20 years in working with human resource professionals and key decision makers, Boone has delivered customer satisfaction and developed high level trust with both MNC and government sector clients.

Boone was the Head of National Sales at Kelly Services as well as Manpower Services, both leading US recruitment firms. He led in business development, key account management and managed C-level talent pool. He developed client solutions, managed RFPs and formulated pricing. Boone also worked closely with the Asia Pacific sales heads in strategic planning and design total client hiring and outsourcing solutions.

In his earlier career as a General Manager at Integrated Health Plans, he grew the company to become a leading managed care provider in Singapore. He managed an island-wide panel of over 500 general practitionersand specialist clinics. He was a widely known leader in the managed care industry and was a guest consultant to the Ministry of Health in public and private health policies.

Besides spending time with his family, Boone enjoys high energy sports like football, running and inline speed skating. He was captain of the national youth football team and enjoys his regular football session over the weekends.
