Our client is a leader in the EMS Industry with Advance Technology Product & Solutions Business (Embedded Systems)



This is a newly created position, designed to participate actively to the growth & profitability objectives of the TPS solution business world-wide. The primary responsibility is to develop, execute and manage the company’s go-to-market strategy and value proposition for channel development activities in the targeted countries and help achieve the company’s aggressive growth plans. Fomulate go-to-market strategy with the aim of increasing revenues for our products through existing digital printing channels and embedded systems product and to develop robust channels for these products. Build and develop partnerships to drive the company’s strategy and revenue goals. The main focus region includes the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. This includes strengthening the solutions teams in the area of business developent, seeking expansion of present customer base with primary objectives of introducing product & solution concepts with the resultant result of building the Company’s technological capability to a higher platform of the solution businesses.



  • Build and develop partnership, to drive the company’s vision, go-to-market strategy and revenues for the Company’s Proprietary Embedded System range of products and solutions globally and any other solutions business as assisgned


  • The role will require the incumbent to:
    • Define target market segments and target customers
    • Build a business plan to scale revenues to achieve revenue and profitability targets
    • Build a robust channel network in targeted countries
    • Manage the day-to-day channel programs activities
    • Foster relationships with the other channel, alliance and technology partners to imporve traction in revenues
    • Ensure the highest standards of integrity in all of the company’s business dealings with customers and partners


  • Work with R&D Senior Management team & other functional groups, in their “domain” field to:
    • Map out the solutions business development strategies
    • Identify key product and new application/solutions
    • Hire & build a strong business development team to grow appropriate customer base & manage this as a business with effective business plans to ensure financial & operational goals are met, including driving the sales target
    • Spearhead the team in developing deep understanding of all domain parameters & be creative in linking new product & solutions to newly invented user needs



  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in any Engineering Disciplines, preferably with MBA degree



Familiarity with global industry domains e.g. IT systems, Embedded Systems etc.

  • Managed large business entity (in excess of US$100 million annually) at a senior level for at least 3 years
  • Understand the eco systems from product development, market segments, sales channels, end users requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ODM Sales Channels to OEMS
  • 10+ years of proven track record in managing channels partners
  • Global experience in the US and European markets is a must
  • Strong understanding of product life cycle through the channel network
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage channel partners to identify opportunities, do joint account planning and strategy and increase effectiveness
  • Professionalism, strong communication skills, customer focused and systemic thinking

Willing to travel overseas frequently
