- Build and develop partnership, to drive the company’s vision, go-to-market strategy and revenues for the Company’s Proprietary Embedded System range of products and solutions globally
- Spearhead the team in developing deep understanding of all domain parameters & be creative in linking new product & solutions to newly invented user needs
- Hire & build a strong business development team to grow appropriate customer base & manage this as a business with effective business plans to ensure financial & operational goals are met, including driving the sales target
- Map out the ODM Business Development Strategies
- Identify key product & new applications/solutions in the Medical/Health Care & Financial Transaction Domains
- Develop product & solutions concepts, including test solutions
- Develop and implement strategic direction and objectives for the IT capabilities of the company to ensure the IT function value-add and is responsive to the needs of the company’s growth and objectives
- Consult with other department heads as an advisor of technologies that may improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Negotiate and manage major contracts with IT hardware and service providers – establish partnerships with external third parties to increase speed of innovation, testing, implementation, replication and scaling
